An amazing home, located in the suggestive Apuan Alpine landscape near Pietrasanta, houses the latest project by Officine Gullo. A Tailor Made kitchen design, made entirely of pearl white enameled stainless steel stove and embellished by classy burnished brass finishes. The owner – a keen cook – needed a place to entertain her family and friends, in the most intimate convivial and culinary moments, but which could also accommodate large receptions, by providing all the necessary professional kitchen equipment.

The kitchen was therefore designed to meet both these functions, and the result is a welcoming interior with a timeless design that retains the professional performance of a catering kitchen. The large space is divided into two areas, each with a specific function. The first area, for cooking and preparing food, comprises a kitchen island, a linear wall solution, and a washing area with a large refrigerator next to it. The cooker features an induction hob and, in the lower section, a professional electric oven. The cooking space is completed by a stainless steel panel and a professional bell-shaped hood on top of the hob. In the middle of this area, there is a large kitchen island with chairs and several storage units- a gathering point for the family, and a comfortable space for preparing and cooking food.
The second area was designed to store food and host a few professional appliances. It features two pantry cabinets with dual depth, several doors, drawers, and glass panels, two multifunctional ovens, a coffee machine, a warming drawer and a wine cooler. This area is completed by another smaller sink. The kitchen was designed to fulfill the client’s wishes and routines, in addition to including the very best professional refrigeration and cooking appliances. One of the company’s leading aims is to create a “restaurant at home”, enabling clients to cook at home in the same way that chefs do in their restaurants. All the cooking elements are capable of professional performance according to the principles of home ergonomics, to be used at home, every day, in the utmost comfort and convenience.
