Collegio alla Querce
Within the prestigious Collegio alla Querce, part of the Auberge Resorts Collection, Officine Gullo designed an open kitchen that embodies the perfect balance of Florentine craftsmanship, refined design, and state-of-the-art professional technology.
The project, created in collaboration with Arch Florence, was driven by the desire to breathe new life into the Collegio’s historic refectory, transforming it into a truly unique space in the hospitality world.
A setting suspended between history and modernity, where the kitchen becomes the beating heart of the gourmet restaurant La Gamella, serving as a true Chef’s Table: a convivial environment where guests can enjoy an immersive culinary experience, observing dishes being prepared, engaging with the chefs, and joining interactive cooking masterclasses.
Location
Collegio alla Querce, Florence, Italy.

The lower section houses refrigerators, drawers, and storage compartments, while a grand “High Pyramid” hood in burnished copper with brass accents rises above the island, giving the project a bold and iconic presence.
