The Officine Gullo Experience par excellence that celebrates the history of Florence,its art and craftsmanship and culinary traditions. Guests are welcomed with theextraordinary story of the birth of the modern kitchen in Florence at the time of theMedici, along with a welcome aperitif. Following, a private passageway allowsexclusive access to the Church of San Salvatore di Ognissanti, a unique Florentinejewel, full of historical and artistic treasures: from the masterpieces of Botticelli,Giotto and Ghirlandaio, to the funeral monuments of Botticelli, Amerigo Vespucci andCarolina Bonaparte Murat, Napoleon’s sister. Once back in the Officine Gullo House,the evening comes to its heart: the placée dinner. A convivial moment that offers theunique opportunity to taste the delicacies of our chefs, live cooked on the OfficineGullo professional kitchen. After dinner guests can enjoy a selection of cocktails byour mixologist in the exclusive bar area on the upper floor.
Upon request it is possible to upgrade the experience: Officine Gullo offers thepossibility to have the dinner made by an Italian or international starred chef.

Masterclass with Chef table
Those who want to experience the state of the art of Officine Gullo’s cooking tools canparticipate in one of our exclusive cooking Masterclasses. The journey begins with awelcome drink while listening to the story about the first modern cooking ranges inthe Florence of the Medici, and the birth of the Italian Cuisine in the XIX Centurty,when Florence was te Capital of Italy, thanks to Pellegrino Artusi, the first “foodblogger” of all times. Afterwards, the guests are accompanied by the Officine Gullochef in the realization of delicious recipes of our territory, with the opportunity todiscover the secrets of his or her cuisine. At the end of the masterclass there will be atasting in company of the chef with the dishes prepared and the related matchedwines.
